When Will I Receive My Products?

What Happens if My Parcel is Damaged or Missing?

All items are shipped in excellent condition.

Our responsibility ends once the package leaves our hands.

If lost, damaged, or returned (except due to our error), please contact the shipping carrier.

For failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns only if the product is defective or incorrect.

Yes. All products are safe for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and children above 5 years old.
